Stacy-Ann Johnson founded Island Clay Studio in 2015, merging her deep love for Caribbean geology with the ancient art of wheel-throwing. Every lump of clay is locally sourced when possible and infused with the spirit of Jamaica.
Her work is known for its tactile quality—the “Blue Mountain” glaze series, which mimics the mist hanging over the coffee peaks, remains a collector favorite. Her process is slow, intentional, and strictly small-batch.
