Before contacting support
Refresh the shopping page, reopen the extension popup, and try scanning again. Some retailers block image access or lazy-load product images slowly.
Install the extension
- Install ColorFitFinder from the Chrome Web Store when available.
- Pin the extension from Chrome's extensions menu for faster access.
- Open a shopping page, click the ColorFitFinder icon, save colors, then click Scan Page.
Using ColorFitFinder
- Use Pick Color to save colors from a webpage.
- Use Scan Page on shopping pages to detect product image matches.
- Open Matches to review products and save items.
- Use Profile and Quiz tools for Pro palettes, collections, avoid colors, strictness, and seasonal palette ideas.
Troubleshooting
- If no products are found, scroll the page so images load, then scan again.
- If colors look off, compare multiple product photos because lighting and editing affect image colors.
- If a site blocks scanning, try the product page instead of a search results page.
- If Pro is not active, validate your license key again from the upgrade screen.
- If cloud sync reports an error, check your connection and use Sync now after Pro validates.
Privacy and data
ColorFitFinder stores data locally first. Pro cloud sync can copy palettes and saved finds across browsers that use the same active license. Read the privacy policy for details.
